Kigali, Rwanda, 4 December 2019: The African Legal Support Facility hosted a capacity-building workshop for the Government of Central African Republic on the Extractives Industry. The workshop, which welcomed twenty-nine (29) civil servants from across the Central African government, was organized and delivered by Mr. Bruno Gay, Ms. Nadia Chebbi, and Mr. Ruchdi Maalouf of the French law firm, DeGaulle Fleurance & Associé, in association with Mr. Nicolas Tiangaye of Cabinet Tiangaye.
